I teach body literacy and my roots can be found in traditional midwifery

“from womb to tomb” style care. 

My work rises from an ancient lineage of midwives, witches and wise women.

I provide counsel for all different experiences regarding fertility,

sexuality and pregnancy.

A couple years ago my period stopped.  At that time I was not really connected to this part of my body and soul. After two years of still not bleeding, I finally realized that this was the invitation to the learning journey of healing my own cycle. After years of self-study and self-exploring,

I was trained as a birth keeper and gave birth myself.

Now in my praxis I weave a balance of science and soul to offer knowledge and embodied wisdom.
